FactoGraph stores what you add to your knowledge store - facts you approved and documents you gave it - so that you, and the assistants you give your store link to, can read it. Anyone with a store's link can read and change that store, so keep it private.
We keep a store's contents until you empty it or ask us to delete it. We do not sell them or use them to train models, and we share them with no one but the assistants you connect. Requests are logged (address, time) to run and protect the service.
The assistant you use (ChatGPT, Claude or another) processes what you send it under its own provider's policy.
